Hi, I’m Eva Lipárová.

A freelance product lead driving digital change in the cultural sector.

I help cultural organisations define, develop and deliver great digital products and services.

I lead the development of digital products that serve users, meet business goals, and are built to last. I bridge business and product strategy with hands-on product management, user research, UX and service design, and change leadership and management.

I believe digital transformation works when teams embrace a shift;  towards user focus, iterative delivery, and a culture of collaboration at every level of the organisation.

I’m known for being clear, pragmatic and enthusiastic, and I enjoy helping teams cut through complexity, make confident decisions and have some fun doing it.

I’m based in Gothenburg, Sweden and work mostly remotely.
