Hi, I’m Eva Lipárová.

A strategic product lead driving digital change in the cultural sector.

I help cultural organisations define, develop and deliver great digital products and services.

From websites, e-commerce, collections to system integrations, apps, and VR experiences, I lead the development of digital products that serve users, meet business goals, and are built to last.

I believe digital transformation only works when teams embrace a shift;  towards user focus, iterative delivery, and a culture of collaboration at every level of the organisation.

I bridge business and product strategy with hands-on product management, user research, UX, change leadership, and service design. I’m known for being clear and pragmatic, helping teams cut through complexity, make confident decisions and deliver results.

I work freelance and am based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
